      1) Registration Form:<\/strong> (All new athletes and athletes returning after a 2 year break.)<\/p>\n

 a) How often do we need to complete the registration form? This only needs to be done once as long as the athlete remains active. If an athlete is inactive for two or more years, we do need an updated form on-file.<\/p>\n
